To My Dear New Friends the E-Train, the Yaminions, and the Yamin Machine!:

This is Elliott’s mom. I’m writing to say thanks for all of your love, gifts, and support. I feel like we are related and family members. I can’t thank you enough for the wonderful experience you all made Elliott’s return to Richmond this past weekend. His trip continues on, thanks to you. I want you all to know, people are writing to me and I am getting your messages. It’s amazing. I am truly blessed.

There are people all over the world that have fallen in love with Elliott, mostly from reading about him on the internet, and that is thanks to all of you. I have to tell you, I feel that I have become friendly with each of you. I feel the love. I feel the support.

I just can’t thank you enough for how much of a difference you have made in my life and Elliott’s, of course. So the next time you see me, don’t forget to say “Hi” and remind me of who you are. I have met so many of you, I can’t possibly remember everyone, but I want to thank you again in person as I meet you along this long, long road of Elliott’s continuing success. I love you and thank you again for everything.

Hey Brandon...Thank you for relaying Mama Yamins message. I had the pleasure of meeting her in Richmond and she is such a pleasant lady. I felt her love...she loves to talk to EVERYONE! Not once did she make me feel like I was intruding on her. She is so proud of Elliott and it shows. What a special lady she is!

Please invite her to join our PJ party in October. It is for all of our Etrain "family." We would love to have her join us.

THX BUNCHES B!!! I had recently sent her a long letter and a couple of small gifts and was able to also spend a little time with her at the fundraiser. She is quite a lady! One thing is so certain and that is she is grateful to all of ELliott's fans and is really enjoying her new celebrity status!!!!

Thanks for posting this beautiful letter! I'll never forget how she stood outside the Verizon Center in DC just greeting fans... she was so patient, posing with everyone who wanted a picture. She even gave me a hug! Her show of love and support for her son really touched my heart in a special way... I now understand where Elliott gets his wonderful personality. What a classy lady! :wub:

Thank you so much to Claudette for this sweet message and to Brandon for posting it! Brandon, I know you were working overtime for Team Elliott on the 29th! You were leaving the TC as I arrived, I'm sorry we didn't meet.

One of the highlights of my trip from Massachusetts to the Richmond concert was Claudette singing at the Juvenile Diabetes benefit at Champs. I didn't get to meet her because she was so mobbed, and I really thought it was more important for her Richmond friends and fans to talk to her. But I could see how gracious and charming she was with everyone, and I know how much she is helping Elliott with the challenges of his new career. What a team they make!
I hope they get some downtime soon.
