Title: elliott vs. Perez Hilton
Description: E's tweets on Glee get Perez mad
pamik27 - May 26, 2010 05:19 PM (GMT)
Check out www.perezhilton.com, where Perez gets upset because Elliott Tweeted that he didn't like the show "Glee."
Perez calls E a "has been" and a "jealous hater"...but fun part is read the comments...they all support Elliott.

Elliott just tweeted Hilton thanking him for the "shout out". Elliott explained that he just appreciates real voices and real singing over lip singing. Me too...lol.

I really did like that the majority of posters in the comments section were pro-Elliott's stance. I mean I love Glee but everyone is entitled to their own opinion and whether or not they like something. Perez is just an AS$. When Perez likes someone or something (like Lady GaGa) he goes on and on about it. Let someone disagree and BAM! The thing that bothered me about it a little was that Elliott was tweeting to the people that choose to follow him. So what? I used to go over and read his blogs once in a while, and that just came to a big old screeching halt. :elliottelliott:

I love Glee, but I think Elliott is in the company of 95% of the male population.
Matthew Morrison was on Jay Leno last night and they more or less said it's not really a guy thing.

LOL... I had decided if I ever got to see Elliott and speak with him again I was going to tell him to go on GLEE.... Whew... he might have punched me!

I'm a fan of Glee, and have started the thread her on this forum about the show, but I don't agree with Perez that Elliott is a has been, nor Elliott's take on Glee.

Elliott also didn't realize that it was truly the actors/performers that were lip-syncing were actually singing it too, and when was it Blake or Chris Rich told him that, he said that brought it up a notch...lol;) Perez needs to learn that it is actually ok and the world isn't gonna end if everyone doesn't like or agree with him!
;)

Have to admit, I'm with Elliott, don't like the show.

I don't know, but it seems like it would be awfully hard to try and figure out Glee, if you didn't watch last season. It's just one of those shows that should be watched from the beginning to appreciate it. I also will agree, that maybe, it's not most guys' cup oh tea.
But all that being said, Fox is giving it top billing over Idol next year, if news reports are to be believed, and it is going to be one of those shows where a cameo appearance could lead to an extended storyline. (Kristin Chenowith.) Josh Groban's appearance was "meh" because he didn't sing, and he's not that great of an actor. But this is the "it" show right now, and to get a gig on it would be huge.
I see so many ways Elliott could be worked into the show, because in the end, it's all about overcoming obstacles, accepting who you are, even if you're not part of the "in" crowd and rooting for the underdog.

I'm a fan of Glee. I agree with you Sk8888, I think if you have been watching Glee since the pilot you will enjoy it much more than if you come in later, because there is such an arc.
I remember watching Josh Groban and thinking, "Great voice, but he can't act very well!" But I do like that he was game enough to come on the show, because his first appearance was pretty early on, before it was a megahit.
I'd love to see Elliott on the show. Too bad they've already done a show on soul music.
