Looks like Kelly is going to be dealing with a p.r. challenge here:

Apparently she has reluctantly made a decision to not disappoint her fans ...

^ I agree that she is being used as a pawn.
I also think whoever booked that concert is going to get their axx handed to them.

I think you're right - she sounds very ticked - "This is a lose-lose situation for me and I am not happy about it"

"Two years ago, a tobacco affiliate of U.S.-based Philip Morris International, which dominates Indonesia's tobacco market, removed its logo from ads promoting an Alicia Keys concert in Jakarta after the singer publicly denounced the sponsorship and apologized to her fans."
I wonder if Alicia Keys had to cancel her concert. Hopefully Kelly can do her concert and let her feelings be known to her fans at the end of it.
I saw her in concert a few years ago and she was fantastic!! If you ever go, just don't sit near a pack of little girls that want to sing EVERY WORD of EVERY SONG OFF KEY, even "Because of You"!!! LOL!

That's funny!! I have a work colleague who went to see KC in concert in San Jose, and he said the same thing!! All teenage girls screaming their heads off, so that you could barely hear KC sing. He said he would just stick to buying her CD or download from ITunes from then on.

He's a smart guy! It was really bad - they wouldn't stop singing! This was at Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View (near SJ). Maybe he was there too. Part of the problem was some radio stations had set up karaoke areas and got them all "singing" before the show, so it really carried on from there!

^^ Yep, it was Shoreline!
