Now this is what he should be putting on albums-this "soulful sound". I love the covers that Elliott does but I would love to hear him do his own songs with this sound. It's bound to become legendary just like the songs that he covers. It just amazes me how you can "feel" a song when Elliott sings. Words fail me. Well not really LOL. Seriously, these are two of my favorite songs in the world sung like an angel by my most favorite singer in the world. Life is good. I agree with everyone who said THIS is the kind of songs he should sing on his next album. Maybe they are not "modern" but so what? It would be an album to treasure for all time. Yep, wow... what a voice, if only the entire world could hear him singing those type of songs, he'd blow everyone away. Unfortunately I don't know if that will ever happen, but he deserves to have it happen for the type of person he is

Here is singer Brandy at the R&B live this past week singing a very soulful rendition of At Last!! Elliott was at the Idol finale so I don't think he was there. I enjoyed the Brandy/Elliott Torn Down mashup so I would love for them to work together!!!!
