Title: Jacquie Kornhaber
Description: Rest In Peace
EEEEvon - March 14, 2010 05:37 PM (GMT)
Farewell to Jacquie...she was primarily a MOOSAK Sista, but she rode the "Train" too and she loved Elliott unconditionally.
We will miss you always!

I saw your tweet EEEEvon, and I'm very sad to hear this. I know Jacquie was a big fan by her pics and her posts here. My prayers go out to her and her family. Very sad, she was so young. That is a beautiful picture!!

This is so sad. My prayers go out to Jacqui's family.
I remember the night that pic was taken. Jacqui went to a Ft Lauderdale concert, and she met Elliott for the first time. She called me from line, and she was just beside herself. The night got even better for her, because after the show she met Claudette as well.

Jacquie will be missed. Her warmth and love will always be with us. Her stories of her wonderful son and twin grandchildren showed us her enormous heart. Our SISTA will always be a part of us. You are loved Jacquie ♥

She was a very beautiful lady.
So sorry to hear this!

Always pleasant and positive, even through her illness. I remember that she gave Elliott a gift the night of her concert. She had a special mug made for him. She was so excited about the birth of her twin grandbabies. She loved Elliott and always wanted the best for him. Jacquie, I will miss you very much.

I was shocked to hear the news. Many prayers going out to her son and grandbabies. She was such a kind and giving person.

I didn't know her, such a lovely person. She looks so familar to me, though. My thoughts and prayers are going out to her family.

I extend my sympathies to all who knew Jacquie. I'm curious - how did the Moosak Sistas come to be?
hchlinda - March 15, 2010 03:47 AM (GMT)
Condolences to her family. I'm shock hearing this news.
I did send her an email early this year but got no response from her, may be she already sick by then.
I'm under her list for Elliott's iTunes gift, from Wait For You, Movin On, This Chistmas, WFY album, FFL song and FFL album.
Wow ... I didn't realize that is so many that she gave me. I just gave her the Japan and Taiwan version of WFY and FFL. Never asks either I want the songs or not just she sent the message to check the email.
May she rests in peace ... she really has a good heart.

The MOOSAK Sistas formed as a voting group on the site www.MOOSAK.com (which doesn't exist anymore). I believe it was around May of 2006 when we found this site. While we never knew if all the voting helped Elliott in any way, we all sat by our computers day and night. The site allowed us to chat in real time also, so we began to learn about each other and our families. We became close and still contact each other on a regular basis. Here is the MOOSAK Sistas Facebook page...

Love it! That's great that the 'sistas' are so connected, still.

I never had the pleasure of meeting Jacquie, but the lovely sentiments by those who did are a wonderful tribute to her. She looked so very happy in the picture posted upthread.
RIP Jacquie Kornhaber.

Each and every one of the MOOSAK sistas are amazing women and love Elliott so. I will also never forget Jacquie at YES.com, all she did to vote and spread the word about Elliott and his music. She was always so happy and positive as Linda said. Breaks my heart that she had to fight the battle more than once, and ultimately lost, but heaven gained an angel, and she gained a front row seat for ANYTHING Elliott now, right next to Claudette and Amanda. RIP Jacquie. You will be missed. ♥
