Oh Lordy, when I heard the guys sing Monday night I couldn't help cringe. Fond memories of season 5 kept drifting into my mind....Elliott, Chris Daughtry, Katherine, Bucky, and yes, even Taylor. At least they could all carry a tune! *Sigh

No kidding. Both the men and the women were kinda bad. Hopefully they'll get better and the first performance night will so be only a bad memory... :headsmack:

I know. I was thinking the same thing, how almost every performance Season 5 was so good at that point. This season is so strange, a lot of mediocre performances, and some just bad. :(

Top 24 was like nails on a chalkboad. I still say AI5 was the best ever cast... but hey, Im very biased. ;)

LU....you are NOT biased....just honest! AI5 WAS the BEST season and I am still P'd that Elliott didn't win! But that is OK....who needs the pimping from AI when you have fans like US? LOL! :rocker:

So glad you all agree with me. I didn't mean to sound snarky but Jeez Louise, I can't believe everyone was so nervous they blew it.
Does anyone else find it remarkable that this is the best AI could find out of hundreds of thousands of auditions? Can't help wonder what Elliott would make of it.
Hopefully the singers will get their acts together this week and bring it. If they don't I just may be done watching AI :thumbsdown:
