I got as far as "Place Your Order" and it gave me an error message "We're having temporary difficulties arriving at the destination you requested" - so hopefully that only means it's not yet available?

That's strange. I was able to download it last night, so I wonder if they are just having site problems today. I already had an account and their download manager, but I remember reading somewhere that the first download from their site can be challenging. Sorry.
