We've gotten such great response to previous polls about American Idol's top winners and runners-up I figured we'd go a little deeper this week. This time I'm wondering about your favorite third-place finisher. Do you mark out for Melinda Doolittle? Or were Elliott Yamin's jazzy performances more up your alley? When I voted just a few minutes ago, Elliott and Melinda were tied at 27% each and Gokey was at 25%.

Just got my vote in. Is it only 1 vote a day or can you vote multiple times a day? Melinda has really pulled ahead. I loved Melinda and Danny but you know Elliott always gets my vote(s) :awe:

As of now there are 2,415 total votes. We all now "DA MAN" E-DUB is wayyyy better then Danny Gokey & Melinda Doolittle put together!!!! I was able to vote again from the same computer. But I realized that yesterday I was on Firefox, and for some reason, I logged in via IE today. Maybe the browsers use different cookies??

Yup, it's just the cookies. That's actually what I did last night...and I only deleted the ones from the USAToday website and it worked. :)

Just speaking theoretically :), I would use FireFox, and on it there is an option not to accept cookies. tools/options/privacy uncheck accept cookies from site.

I use Google Chrome and just open "new incognito window" and can vote more than once. :grin:
