That's a great story~ I like this quote from this article ...

"Except on certain lane conditions where power and ball speed bring an advantage, bowling championships go to the player that best combines attributes like hand-eye coordination, finesse, physical repetition, brains, and mental/emotional control."

On Sunday, Kelly Kulick had all those attributes in spades.

So there's really no need to dwell upon her gender.

She's one hell of a bowler, period.

I bowled league for five years, carried a 175 average, not saying that is great, and had a 278 game and there were woman just on our league I wouldn't take on without them giving me a handicap. I'm the first one standing and cheering for woman in sports. I remember when Danica Patrick was close to winning the Indy 500. I would love to see a woman golfer win in a mens PGA event. I think it might happen in my lifetime. Sorenstram is only the second to try.
