HI Yall, Don't forget to watch The American Music Awards on Sunday 11/22/09. Adam Lambert, Chris Daughtry, Carrie Underwood & Kelly Clarkson will be on. Chris Daughtry will be performing. I'm not sure if the other American Idols will be performing on the AMA's or not? I'm sure it will be a great show!!!! They should of had Elliott on here singing his new single "Can't Keep On Loving You"!!!! If Carrie Underwood is performing she may sing her new single "Cowboy Casanova". I've been watching the AMA's since New Kids On The Block were on the AMA's so that tells you how long I've been watching The AMA's. Check your local listings for TV Channel and TV times.

I kept flipping the channels between AMA's and ''Next Iron Chef '' on food Network. My Phila chef won. I should have stayed on that channel all night. The AMA's were a complete trainwreck. There were too many flashing lights, special effects, computerized recordings, back up singers and most of all distracting back up dancers.

I know I missed a few acts, but of the ones I saw, the only good ones were Kelly Clarkson and Daughtry. They just came out, sang and sang well, with no major gimicks.

Of course, I was very upset that Taylor Swift beat out Reba MacIntyre, Carrie Underwood and even Michael Jackson?!

Noticeably absent were last year's ''America's Sweethearts, The Jonas Brothers and Miley Cyrus.

Adam's train wreck performance was the icing on the cake of a terrible night. There were too many distracting dancers, too much going on. At one point, he rolled over on the ground and lost his key or something. His voice was way off.

I couldn't sleep all night after that show. Susan Boyle was on the Today Show this morning, just singing . She was fabulous. I keep voting for her in break out artist on ''People's Choice''

I forgot to mention that most of us would agree that an entire evening of just Ellliott and Russell would have been enough.
