While I know the full songwriting credits for the bonus tracks (thanks, Wikipedia), I was wondering if someone would please list the producer credits for the new album's bonus tracks.

From the credits of the Wal-mart and Target versions:

The Bridge Is Burning: Marshall Altman and busbee
Don't Change: Espionage for Stargate
Always: Harvey Mason, Jr and Oak of the Knightwritaz
Good Outweigh the Bad: Josh Abraham (co-produced by Oligee and the Brothers Rise)

Based on the writers listed for the other bonus tracks, I would guess:

Doorway: Harvey Mason, Jr.
Don't Turn Away: Espionage
Shelter: possibly Midi Mafia due to Steve Russell's credit
