Title: Kanye West on Idol

For me, the only good parts were his stage presence and the back up singers. Anybody disagree or have other comments?

I'm not a Kanye West fan by any stretch of the imagination. As a matter of fact, I left the room when he came on....didn't want to see him or hear him.

I changed the channel after the first 30 sec. Kept flipping back and he was still on - how long was that song?

I really TRIED to listen.
Couldn't do it.
(I was REALLY wanting to see his pants fall down while he was jumping all over the stage) They really were ridiculous.

Awww how could you be so heartless???!! LOL I love Kanye. I had the chance to meet him back in 2004 before he ~blew up~ when he was just breaking on the scene. I remember during the concert (he performed at my school) he stopped the music and told the people shining the bright lights to stop shining them on him and to shine them on the people in the audience. LMAO Heartless (the song he performed last night on Idol) is more of a 'catchy' thing because the synthesizer that T-Pain uses is so popular now but his stuff is real. I think his best work was his first cd. If you don't really like hip-hop, you might not get it! :) I love him though.

I like hip hop. My son takes hip hop dance lessons. I've heard that song on the radio. It was catchy. His recorded voice was way over processed and still not a great singing voice, but it was still a good song. Let's just say that live, Kanye is no Elliott. Last night was so bad to me, that Sanjaya would have been better.
