Title: Stevie Wonder And The Jonas Brothers

I was shocked to see them perform together on the Grammys. All I could think was that it should have been Elliott, next year, Elliott and Stevie Wonder. I like the Jonas Brothers. They're cute and fun, but they are what they are- bubblegun pop. Stevie Wonder is Stevie Wonder, way out of their league.

I was thinking the same Aviva. Although I had a little female guest here last night enjoying it. :)

I felt like Clive had a lot to do with the arrangements last night on the Grammy's. I don't know why, just did.

I wonder how much he had to do with the glowing words Whitney had for him. She seemed really out of it to me.

Thankfully, I missed that part.

But, I was really happy when ADELE won the Grammy for best new artist over the Jonas Bros.

She is another talent who deserves a listen.

ADELE is vey talented :)

SK~you didn't miss anything LOL! Sorry to any Jonas Bros. fans that may read this but I think it would have been soooooooo much better without the Jonas Bros in it. I'm a huge Stevie Wonder fan so maybe i'm a little biased..sorry

I don't know the rules surrounding the Grammy nominees for "Best New Artist," but the Jonas Bros. seem like they've been around for at least two-three years.

^It does seem that way. I don't see what all the hype is around them is about anyways LOL

I was happy to see she was back. Was it just me or did it seem like she was slurring her words slightly when she was presenting? Hopefully she is doing alright now......

It seemed that way to me too.

I was really surprised and saddened to see her like that. I thought her eyes looked kind of out of focus and she seemed to have trouble reading the teleprompter. I had read some news reports about her performance at the Clive Davis pre-Grammy party and they were all glowing about how good she looked and that her voice sounded great. Maybe she was just really, really nervous.

How do I recognize a Jonas Brothers song? When it causes me to say "what the !@#$% is this?!?!?! - not in a good way - and then I think, oh, it's the Jonas Brothers.

My niece loves them. I guess they will be the Bobby Sherman's and David Cassidy's of her generation.

The Jonas Brothers are more like the Osmond Brothers or the DeFrancos. They're a clean cut, fun group for the kids and teens. Their music is fun. I like them. I like watching my kids enjoy them.

They've been live on Dancing with the Stars and various shows. They just can't sing live. The young fans don't care.

Like I said, I like them, but they're not grammy material or anywhere near the same level of talent as Stevie Wonder, or Elliott. I put Elliott in the same league as Stevie Wonder.

When the Jonas Brothers were on the Idol finale last year, everybody expected them to sing with David Archuleta. He's their age. David didn't sing with them. David is a much better singer.
