Anyone can go. I already requested tickets and made a donation. I've been to these type of events before so we may just get a few songs from Elliott at the most, but it's worth it no matter what. If he's appearing anywhere this close to me, I'm there!! :awe:

HI Y'all, I talked to Sharon Program Director of The Brower Youth Awards and I asked if Elliott was attending the VIP Reception and this is what Sharon told me? I'm not yet sure if Elliott will be attending the VIP Reception. For now, we believe he will be. We will be checking in with him closer to the date to comfirm. Sharon tells me to write her back about two weeks in advance of the event and hopefully I can give you a more exact answer. I do hope very much Elliott will attend the VIP Reception? I would love to meet and see Elliott again! I will let everyone know closer to the event If the answer is yes or no if Elliott will attend the VIP Reception? Lets all cross our fingers Elliott will be at the VIP Reception! Elliott's appearance in SF is only 5 days away. Is there anyone else from the Bay Area going besides Ty? I won't be there for the VIP reception, but have tickets for the presentation in the theater and will be there to line up at about 6:30. Let me know if anyone else is going. I'll be taking photos and video. The suggested dress code is like you're going out to a nice restaurant for dinner. Can't wait to see Elliott!!! :awe:

I'm on the phone with Donna (elliottisastar) right now. She's at the theatre in SF and ran into Ty and his mom a little bit ago. Ty and his mom saw Elliott when he was arriving and got to go into the sound check. Ty said Elliott looks great and is dressed up and that he sounded great. Donna said there's a nice crowd there and lots of kids. She hasn't seen E yet. The ceremony starts at 7:00, I think - about ten minutes. She's going to call me when the show is over.

so that's all I know for now.

ok, Donna just called again and I spoke to Ty also. Elliott is doing two songs -one at 8:15 and one at 9pm. Ty thought maybe one song will be "Free" . Elliott is wearing a shirt and tie. I think he is also wearing a hat. Ty was at the reception (Donna wasn't) and Elliott was walking around talking to folks, taking pictures with them, etc.

BIG NEWS - His manager (is this a new manager?) said his tour will start in March when his CD comes out. I for one am really glad to hear that! Ty said his manager is also going to give him some new professional pictures and that he will post them later or whenever he does his recap.

Donna is going to call me when he is performing.
